Support in place for those affected by Decatur police shooting

Amber Oberheim is painfully familiar with the emotional stress and agonies that can overwhelm police officers and their families. After the recent shooting in Decatur, Illinois, Amber Oberheim hopes to help with that recovery. She told the Herald Review, “I’ve taken a minute to try and coordinate some services between the Critical Incident Stress Management Team and The Wounded Blue organization, which serves officers on a national level.”
